If you are unable to contact the store where you purchased the product, send us a photo of the proof of purchase where the date of purchase, the name of the store, and the product purchased is visible, and a photo of the problem or defect you encountered. In the text of the message tell us the problem you found.
In the absence of the above requirement our team will not be able to help you.
